We love kettle corn, but this snicker doodle-flavoured treat takes the prize as our current favourite with its super-simple blend of cinnamon, vanilla, sugar and a pinch of salt.

Ingredients
- 6-8 cups stove-popped popcorn (we used ⅓ cup popcorn and 3 Tbsp. olive oil)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt (regular table salt sticks to the popcorn much better than other salts)
Directions
- Empty the popcorn into a large bowl.
- Melt butter in a cool to warm pan, and add vanilla.
- Add the butter mixture to the popcorn, stirring well with a large spoon.
- In a small dish, mix the cinnamon, all three sugars and the salt.
- Sprinkle ⅓ of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the popcorn, and mix with a large spoon. Repeat, adding ⅓ of the mixture at a time and stirring after each.
