Christmas Thyme Holiday Popcorn

Ingredients
- 6-8 cups stove-popped popcorn (we used ⅓ cup popcorn and 3 Tbsp. olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- 3-by-3-in. chunk of Parmesan, finely grated
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of dried red peppers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°F.
- Empty the popcorn into a large bowl.
- Melt butter in a cool to warm pan. Add oil to the butter.
- Stir in the dried seasonings and infuse the butter gently over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add ⅓ of the herb mixture to the popcorn and mix with a large spoon. Repeat, adding ⅓ of the mixture at a time and stirring after each.
- Pour the popcorn on a baking sheet and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the top.
- Warm in the oven until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Salt to taste.
