Christmas wreath cookies
This retro Christmas Wreath Cookie recipe is making a comeback—and it's an easy one for the kids to make, too. Combine butter, marshmallows, cornflakes and a little green food colouring and then shape the batter into Christmas wreaths. Place little cinnamon candies on top to complete the look.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (10-oz.) bag mini marshmallows
- 5½ cups cornflakes cereal
- 1 tsp. green food colouring
- Mini cinnamon candies for decorating
Directions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add mini marshmallows and food colouring. Stir until completely blended.
- Remove from heat and add to cornflakes, stirring until the marshmallow mixture is completely blended.
- With buttered hands, shape spoonfuls of the cornflake mixture into wreath shapes on a parchment-covered cookie sheet. Add cinnamon candies.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until cookies harden.
